Dave Maulbeck

Garden State resident Dave Maulbeck is a funny, blue-collar, and colorful actor, writer, and producer, recently seen in A Complete Unknown (Disney). Best known for his role as Frank Baker on Law & Order: SVU (NBC) and his appearance in The Flight Attendant (HBO), Dave has built a reputation for his relatable charm and comedic edge. His work also includes national commercial campaigns, most notably as the Polish Polisher in Burger King's unforgettable ad.

In 2024, Dave co-wrote, co-produced, and co-starred in the dark comedy feature film Jacqueline Remembers All of This(independent), a raw and funny exploration of forgiveness, memory, and family. The film is set to premiere at festivals in summer 2025.

When he’s not on screen, Dave directs and teaches improv with The Flip Side, Vivid Stage's house improv team in New Jersey, bringing his humor and down-to-earth approach to audiences and students alike.

As a visual artist, Dave created The Kinetix, a comic book series featuring teenage superheroes with disabilities, and illustrated the beloved children’s book Zoo’s On First. A proud father, Dave draws inspiration from his family, creating heartfelt and imaginative stories infused with his signature humor.
